Rental Rates

Rates, short breaks arrival/departure times

Rental rates start from £500 per week to £1500 per week. Off-peak short breaks with a minimum 3 nights starting from £100 per night.

May to September generally a minimum of 7 nights with a Saturday changeover. Short breaks maybe available for the rest of the year (excluding Christmas and New Year). Please contact us if you cannot find the dates that suit you.

What’s included

The prices quoted when booking, is for exclusive rental of Brookdale House and is inclusive of electricity, central heating, provision of cotton bedlinen and towels. A highchair and travel cot are available at no extra charge.
